We, Excel Shears have injected into this modern market by providing hairstylist professional services from hair scissors sharpening to consultation on scissors maintenance. Besides offering various accessories and hair extensions, we also manufacture and distribute our own high quality Japanese scissors, YASASHII. We’ve been sharing our expertise since 2001 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. And now we’ve expanded our services to Singapore!
